120 Bahadur : Directed by Razneesh Ghai and produced by Excel Entertainment & Trigger Happy Studios, the film 120 Bahadur (120 เคฌเคนเคพเคฆเฅเคฐ)is a potent war-drama.
The film tells the fabled true story of the Battle of Rezang La, which took place on November 18, 1962, in the high mountains of Ladakh. There, 120 soldiers from the Charlie Company of the 13 Kumaon Regiment, the most of whom were Ahir soldiers, made a valiant defense against a much larger Chinese Army contingent.

120 Bahadur Story
The film begins with one of the six surviving Indian soldiers recounting the battle’s aftermath, which is based on actual events.
Then, it flashes back to November 18, 1962, on the Rezang La pass, which is roughly 5,500 meters (18,000 feet) above sea level. Despite the bitter cold, a shortage of oxygen, and nearly insurmountable odds, these 120 soldiers persevered until the very end, determined not to give up (as evidenced by their well-known proclamation, “Hum peeche nahin hattenge!”.
The narrative celebrates their bravery, selflessness, and solidarity, highlighting how each drop of blood they shed became a monument to their valor.
