Mirai Story

Emperor Ashoka, haunted by the horrors of battle centuries ago, penned the nine sacred scriptures that serve as the main fulcrum of Mirai. Herein lies the key to everlasting life. These books are given to guardians by Ashoka.

In the year 2000, Shriya Saran’s Ambica predicts the emergence of Mahabir Lama, aka “The Black Sword” (Manchu Manoj), a madman who will stop at nothing to obtain these books and the power they contain, including immortality. Even Ambica attempts to intervene. In this way, she ties the story of the happy Hyderabadi orphan Vedha Prajapati (Teja Sajja) to this war that happened a long time ago.

  • Would Vedha slay Mahabir or just accept what would happen?
  • How powerful are these holy books anyway?
  • Is Mirai a figure from the books, or is she someone else?

The Mirai’s Strengths

The shining star is Great Teja Sajja. He effortlessly transitions from a carefree young man to a resolute hero. His self-assurance is lauded throughout the film. An further feature is Manchu Manoj, who plays the antagonist with remarkable intensity, charisma, and dialogue delivery. Equally surprising is Shriya Saran, who gets more screen time than anticipated and adds emotional weight

Speed and drama

The first half has some obvious parts, but it doesn’t drag. The script keeps things going. The second part is better because it has more unexpected turns, faster-paced fights, and higher stakes. Important parts of the movie, like the fight in “Siddha Kshetram,” are exciting and visually stunning.
The peak
The ending isn’t very exciting for a movie that builds up to it so much. It’s more normal, and it doesn’t live up to the high hopes that earlier scenes raised. It would have been much better with a stronger finish.
