Zootopia 2 : In the upcoming sequel Zootopia 2, the beloved team of fox investigator Nick Wilde and bunny-cop Judy Hopps will return for a new adventure in the metropolis of Zootopia. This time, they are sent on a risky assignment that takes them further into social issues of trust, inclusion, and transformation as well as into new areas of Zootopia.
Zootopia 2 Storyline
The storyline centers on Judy and Nick being tasked by Chief Chief Bogo with locating Gary De’Snake, a strange newcomer to Zootopia. His entrance upsets the city’s fragile equilibrium, compelling our heroes to go underground and discover parts of the city they had never seen before.
The sequel promises to delve into issues of diversity (this time involving reptiles), belonging, and the notion that society must change if all of its members are to feel appreciated as they discover Gary’s backstory.

Crew and Cast
Jason Bateman will play Nick Wilde, and Ginnifer Goodwin will play Judy Hopps.
Pop-star antelope Gazelle, voiced by Shakira, is returning as well. She adds character and music to the Zootopia universe.
Ke Huy Quan, who plays Gary De’Snake, and Fortune Feimster and Quinta Brunson, who play new roles, are among the new cast members.
Behind the scenes, Jared Bush wrote and directed the movie, while Yvett Merino produced it under the Walt Disney Animation Studios umbrella and Byron Howard co-directed and produced it.
Music
Award-winning composer Michael Giacchino comes back to provide the soundtrack for the follow-up
Along with repeating her role as Gazelle, Shakira co-wrote the original song “Zoo” for the movie with Ed Sheeran and Blake Slatkin, putting music to the center of the narrative.
