History of Jaigarh Fort

This Fort, often called the “Fort of Victory,” is one of India’s best-preserved military forts since it was never overrun.
Constructed on the Cheel Ka Teela (Hill of Eagles), the fort served as a lookout against invaders and offered a sweeping view of the city. This Fort was used by the Rajputs as a military outpost and cannon factory, in contrast to Amber Fort, which was a royal home.
